I believe in providing transparent and fair pricing for my services. Many clients ask what my hourly rate is, however, pricing a job isn't as simple as that. My approach begins with a personal visit to the site to assess the job first-hand, allowing me to gather all necessary details and make the most informed quote possible. In cases where a site visit is not feasible, such as for urgent issues or complex scheduling, potential clients can send me pictures and/or links that provide as much information as possible about the job. This ensures that even without a physical visit, I can still accurately assess the requirements and provide a fair quote.

My quoting process considers not only the expected duration of the work but also factors such as the time required for tool preparation before and after the job, time taken to dispose of waste, as well as a thorough assessment of market prices for the specific skills and craftsmanship involved. This meticulous approach allows me to construct quotes that reflect the true cost of the project, providing my clients with peace of mind and assurance that they are receiving a fair price.

I understand that unexpected complications can arise during any project. To protect my clients from potential overruns, my quotes include contingencies for such scenarios within the agreed scope of work. This means that if the project exceeds the estimated time due to unforeseen circumstances, clients are not expected to pay more than the initially agreed-upon amount. Similarly, if the project is completed in less time than anticipated, the quoted price remains unchanged.
